History

In the Ristorante da Rosa, Italian cuisine is the result of a centuries-old historical process, which developed within the Macerata society and culture, we can fully consider it a process of civilization, thanks also to a particular attitude of Italians to prefer good quality of life and conviviality, the table is therefore culture and a symbol of hospitality and family welcome. Food takes on the value of a way to express feelings, a poetic form like music and art.
In our restaurant, located in the splendid setting of the Abbadia di Fiastra nature reserve, we particularly love using the ingredients and products of our territory and working on recipes handed down by local tradition and also offering new creations, in harmony with the surrounding environment. .
