History
In the Ristorante da Rosa, Italian cuisine is the result of a centuries-old historical process, which developed within the Macerata society and culture, we can fully consider it a process of civilization, thanks also to a particular attitude of Italians to prefer good quality of life and conviviality, the table is therefore culture and a symbol of hospitality and family welcome. Food takes on the value of a way to express feelings, a poetic form like music and art.
Cooking is science in itself.
It is up to the cook to make it become art.
